Condo Size is the most common request we get, and happily are usually able to comply. Many of the sofas and sectionals we sell are able to be built in a custom size. Often there is an optional “condo” size to start with, but if that doesn’t work, just let us know. There are also 100’s of fabrics and many wood finishes to choose from.
