Furniture Repair
We have been stripping, refinishing and restoring furniture for over 35 years, most notably for the Royal Ontario Museum. While repair is only one element of restoration, we handle many more repairs than complete restorations during the year. The most common issues are chair frames which are loose, drawers that bind or are falling apart, or broken parts of every piece of furniture you can imagine. Most repair work is done in the shop, but there are instances where repairs can be done on-site. You’ll see below some good examples of both our work on site and in our shops.
